Many of our items come in several different sizes
and we may have the size in stock, just not
listed on our pages.  We also have containers coming
in on a monthly basis and are constantly
receiving new items.
We have a warehouse with a showroom in Ontario, CA where you
can see most of these items up close.

Ordering:
LM Treasures accepts orders by Phone, Fax or Email.  For orders via Fax
or regular USPS Mail please use our order form by going to the following link:

Print out the form, fill it in and either mail it to us with your payment or
Fax it to 909-923-9951 with your credit card information

Payment:
LM Treasures accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover Credit Cards. 
We also accept payments through PayPal to “Confirmed Addresses” only.
You can pay with a personal check but the check must clear our bank before
the item will be shipped.  This usually takes up to 10 business days. 
We also accept cashiers checks and money orders.

LM Treasures values each and every customer, whether his or
her purchase is large or small.  We go to great lengths to package
your shipment so that it will arrive undamaged.  We inspect every
item before packaging; however, we cannot be liable for any
imperfections in workmanship and the variations in colors. 
Each item is hand painted and may vary in color, which makes
them unique.

Free Shipping Policy:
"Free Shipping" includes large items shipped through a trucking company such as S.A.I.A.
"Free Shipping" will be curbside delivery and may require customer help in unloading to avoid extra charges by the trucking company which will be your responsibility.
Extra charges, which would be your responsibility, include using a lift gate, inside delivery or any variation from an appointment time or place previously agreed upon between you and the shipping company.. 

Freight damage claims should be immediately noted to the carrier
 that delivered the merchandise.  We will assist you whenever possible,
but all items leave our dock in excellent condition, we cannot be held
responsible for damage incurred in transit.

Smaller items shipped via companies such as Fed-Ex, Airborne Express,
UPS and USPS are shipped insured and it will be up to the customer to
file a claim for any damages.

Sales Tax:
Customers in California will be charged Sales Tax.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
ALL "SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS"  REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE ORDER WILL BE
SUBMITTED TO THE MANUFACTURER.

Cancellation Policy for
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS!
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS must be cancelled before shipping date from the manufacturer.
If your Item is in transit, the order CAN NOT be cancelled. 
All sales are final; no returns, or exchanges.
