Cancellations

• All purchases made with LM Treasures are final.
• If the buyer completes their transaction with a Credit Card or via PayPal and requests to cancel their order prior to the item(s) being shipped, a 3% cancellation fee will apply and be deducted from the overall amount before the buyer is refunded.
• Any fee charged is not collected by LM Treasures but by the third-party company who imposes a processing fee for all the transactions they manage.
• If the buyer requests to cancel after LM Treasures has fulfilled their order and the item(s) has already been shipped, the buyer is subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs per each item returned. For additional information please review the “Returns/Refunds” tab.

Returns / Refunds

• All purchases made with LM Treasures are final.
• In the special occasion that the buyer has requested a return, the item(s) must be acknowledged by LM Treasures and approved within 30 days of purchase.
• The buyer is subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs per each item delivered and returned.
• If the return is approved and the item(s) becomes eligible for the return, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to the buyer. This includes the original box and packing material.
• Only after the item(s) is received and inspected by LM Treasures and all fees and costs listed above have been deducted from the overall total paid, the buyer will then be refunded the remaining balance back to their original method of payment.
• In the event an item(s) arrives to the buyer damaged, each case will be evaluated and treated accordingly depending on the outcome. The buyer must contact LM Treasures directly for further instructions.

When completing a purchase with LM Treasures, the buyer is agreeing to these terms and understands they are held accountable for any/all restocking fees and transport charges in the case of an approved return. This applies to, but is not limited to, cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as the color was not what was pictured, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, found the item somewhere else, did not like the quality/look/color of the item, etc. LM Treasures will not be held responsible for any item(s) returned by the buyer that was not acknowledged nor approved prior to sending back.

We respect your privacy and can assure all our valued customers that any information obtained is used for the sole purpose of completing your order. We will not allow your information to be sold, exchanged, shared, or rented during this process. Below you will find our privacy policy which describes the information we collect and how we use it.
