Special Orders
All customers interested in ordering out of stock items from the catalog must review the following:
- Catalog orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE payment at the time of the order.
- Remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
- Once the order has been placed, you may not cancel your order.
- Catalog orders take approximately 3-6 months to arrive from overseas.
- Once item(s) are back in stock, allow 3-5 days for processing before shipping.
- Once items are shipped, the transit time will usually take 7-10 days.
- NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES.
- Some items require a "Minimum Order Quantity".
- In-Stock wholesale orders require FULL PAYMENT at the time of order.
- Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to notify LM Treasures if you would like to edit or cancel your order.
- After 24 hours, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Once items are shipped, the transit time will usually take 7-10 days.
- Payments we accept are VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, and CASH.
